Assassin's Creed 4 and Batman: Arkham Origins Achievements have leaked

All of the Achievements for both Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag and Batman: Arkham Origins have been posted online, courtesy of Exophase.
Most of the Achievements aren't terribly spoilery as they mark vague goals like "complete memory sequence 2" or "identify Black Mask's assassins," but more sensitive players may want to avert their eyes from the full list.
Non-spoiler highlights for Assassin's Creed 4 include: "Killer Killer," which rewards you for slaying a killer whale (you monster!), "Mer-Man" is bestowed upon those who swim more than a naval mile, and "Devil Of The Caribbean" goes to the champion who can defeat four legendary ships.
