Zelda fans re-making Ocarina of Time in 2D

Fans of Nintendo's N64 classic Zelda: Ocarina of Time are trying to remake the entire adventure in 2D for PC.
The game is being shrunk down to the series' classic top-down view, similar to the one used in Zelda games for the NES, SNES and on handhelds.
Cut-scenes are being drawn, enemy AI is being programmed, and Ocarina's main themes are being re-recorded in fittingly 16-bit versions.
