Nintendo isn't the only company with eyes on the health market - Microsoft has unveiled Microsoft Band, its first wearable device that tracks sleep and stress levels.
The $199 (£125) gadget can also detect your heart rate, calorie burn and sun exposure.
It then links to the new cloud-based Microsoft Health platform, which stores and analyses all of the collected data.
