InXile Entertainment has just released a new video showing off in-development story-driven classic role-playing game Torment: Tides of Numenera.Torment was successfully crowdfunded by inXile, raising an impressive $4.1m from just shy of 75,000 backers.
Tides of Numenera is billed as a spiritual successor to Black Isle Studios' 1999 cult classic RPG Planescape: Torment, but is set in Monte Cook's tabletop role-playing world, Numenera.
