One of EA's E3 Reveals Will Be the Next Free EA Access Game
EA Access is continuing to expand.
Electronic Arts said today that it will announce the next free game for The Vault during E3, presumably during its briefing on June 15. The publisher did not provide any hints at all regarding what this game might be, but it will become the program's twelfth freebie.
It's been over a month since the last free game, FIFA 15, was added to The Vault in early May.
There is no set schedule for when new games will be introduced. But one thing is for sure: EA will never remove games from The Vault.
In addition to free games, EA Access members save 10 percent on all EA digital content and can play upcoming games before they're released.
EA Access memberships are offered at $5/month or $30/year.
Currently, EA Access is available only on Xbox One. Sony initially said EA Access did not offer a strong enough value for PlayStation 4 owners, though the company has since explained that the service could one day show up on PS4 if certain business requirements are met.
