  • Watch This Funny Xbox One Backwards Compatibility Video

The Xbox One officially gets backwards compatibility support for Xbox 360 games starting tomorrow, November 12, as part of the long-awaited New Xbox One Experience dashboard update. Now, Microsoft has released a funny video to hype it up, featuring Freaks and Geeks and Silicon Valley actor Martin Starr.
As you'll see, Starr takes responsibility for implementing backwards compatibility and in fact the entire New Xbox One Experience. "I just made that happen," he says in the video. "You're welcome."
Starr did not actually do any of this, but Microsoft points out that all of his claims are indeed true.
GameSpot will have more on the New Xbox One Experience--which also includes a significant UI overhaul, new features, and more--in the next day. For now, you can check out this list of the 104 Xbox 360 games that will be playable on Xbox One starting tomorrow.
In addition, if you were one of the Preview Program members who helped test the New Xbox One Experience, Microsoft may be sending you a free gift.
