    Agility


    Agility is the measurement of your character's finesse and reflexes in combat and stealth. When your character has a high agility, they have a better chance at dodging enemy attacks. Direct benefits include more action points to use while in V.A.T.S., higher reload speed, and increased efficiency towards sneaking up on enemies for tactical surprise attacks. It consists of the following perks:

    Gunslinger (AGI 1)


    Perk Description: Non-automatic pistols get increased damage.
    • Rank 1: Non-automatic pistols get a 20% damage boost. (Requires Agility 1)
    • Rank 2: Non-automatic pistols get a 40% damage boost and have increased range. (Unlocks at level 7)
    • Rank 3: Non-automatic pistols get a 60% damage boost and have even further range. (Unlocks at level 15)
    • Rank 4: Non-automatic pistols get a 80% damage boost, and their attacks can potentially disarm enemies. (Unlocks at level 27)
    • Rank 5: Non-automatic pistols do double the damage, and their attacks have a higher chance of disarming enemies, possibly crippling them in the process. (Unlocks at level 42)



    Commando (AGI 2)


    Perk Description: Automatic firearms get increased damage.
    • Rank 1: Automatic firearms get a 20% damage boost. (Requires Agility 1)
    • Rank 2: Automatic firearms get a 40% damage boost and improved hip-fire accuracy. (Unlocks at level 11)
    • Rank 3: Automatic firearms get a 60% damage boost and even better hip-fire accuracy. (Unlocks at level 21)
    • Rank 4: Automatic firearms get a 80% damage boost, and their attacks can potentially stagger enemies. (Unlocks at level 35)
    • Rank 5: Automatic firearms do double the damage, and their attacks have a higher chance of staggering enemies. (Unlocks at level 49)



    Sneak (AGI 3)


    Perk Description: Thelikelihoodof being detected by enemies is decreased.
    • Rank 1: You become 20% harder to detect by enemies. (Requires Agility 1)
    • Rank 2: You become 30% harder to detect by enemies and can no longer trigger floor-based traps. (Unlocks at level 5)
    • Rank 3: You become 40% harder to detect by enemies and can no longer trigger enemy mines. (Unlocks at level 12)
    • Rank 4: You become 50% harder to detect by enemies and running no longer affects stealth. (Unlocks at level 23)
    • Rank 5: Using stealth mode results in distant enemies losing sight of you. (Unlocks at level 38)



    Mister Sandman (AGI 4)


    Perk Description: Kill someone in their sleep instantly and gain attack bonuses for silenced weapons.
    • Rank 1: Instantly kill humans while they are asleep. Silenced weapons also deal an additional 15% sneak attack damage. (Requires Agility 1)
    • Rank 2: Silenced weapons do +30% sneak attack damage. (Unlocks at level 17)
    • Rank 3: Silenced weapons do +50% sneak attack damage. (Unlocks at level 30)



    Action Boy/Action Girl (AGI 5)


    Perk Description: Action points regenerate at a faster rate.
    • Rank 1: Action points regenerate 25% faster. (Requires Agility 5)
    • Rank 2: Action points regenerate 50% faster. (Unlocks at level 18)



    Moving Target (AGI 6)


    Base Perk Description: Gain +25 Damage Resistance and +25 Energy Resistance while sprinting.
    • Rank 1: Gain +25 Damage Resistance and +25 Energy Resistance while sprinting. (Requires Agility 6)
    • Rank 2: Gain +50 Damage Resistance and +50 Energy Resistance while sprinting. (Unlocks at level 24)
    • Rank 3: Sprinting consumes 50% less Action Points. (Unlocks at level 44)



    Ninja (AGI 7)


    Perk Description: Both ranged attacks and melee sneak attacks get damage increases.
    • Rank 1: Your ranged sneak attacks do 2.5x more normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 4x more normal damage. (Requires Agility 6)
    • Rank 2: Your ranged sneak attacks do 3x more normal damage and your melee sneak attacks do 5x more normal damage. (Unlocks at level 16)
    • Rank 3: Sprinting consumes 50% less Action Points. (Unlocks at level 33)




    Quick Hands (AGI 7)


    Perk Description: Reload weapons faster and receive additional benefits.
    • Rank 1: Reload times are faster. (Requires Agility 8)
    • Rank 2: Reloading guns no longer costs Action Points in V.A.T.S. (Unlocks at level 28)



    Blitz (AGI 9)


    Perk Description: Attack multiple targets with melee weapons from a distance while in V.A.T.S.
    • Rank 1: Melee distance in V.A.T.S. is increased. (Requires Agility 9)
    • Rank 2: The distance is increased further, and the further the targets, the higher the damage. (Unlocks at level 29)



    Gun-Fu (AGI 10)


    Base Perk Description: Inflict 25% more damage to your second enemy and beyond while in V.A.T.S.
    • Rank 1: Inflict 25% more damage to your second enemy and beyond while in V.A.T.S. (Requires Agility 6)
    • Rank 2: Inflict 30% more damage to your third enemy and beyond while in V.A.T.S. (Unlocks at level 26)
    • Rank 3: Inflict an instant critical hit to your fourth enemy and beyond while in V.A.T.S. (Unlocks at level 50)
