Hello! Let's talk about puking, shall we? Did you know the oldest word in the English language for throwing up is actually not the medical term vomit, but actually spew? It comes from the Anglo-Saxon word spēowan. Gosh I'm glad I did all those medieval units at university, they've come in so handy. Anyway, feeling sick and throwing up aren't just fascinating things to discuss from a linguistic perspective, they're also unfortunate side-effects (for some) when playing games in virtual reality. To find out exactly why that is - and how developers try to ease those symptoms - Ian caught up with Sam Watts of Radial-G developer Tammeka games for this week's Eurogamer show.
