Nintendo details E3 plans, no sign of usual event

Nintendo will host a day-long live-stream of The Legend of Zelda for Wii U at E3 this year.
In a press release announcing the stream, it was referred to as "Nintendo's kick-off to E3". Zelda, again, was referred to as "Nintendo's focus of the show this year".
There was no mention of the usual Digital Event, less still a live conference.
