Three Xbox 360/PS3-era games may be on the way to Xbox One and PS4, if new ratings board listings are any indication.
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance, Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2, and Transformers: Fall of Cybertron were all listed for both current-gen platforms by Taiwan's game ratings board (via Gematsu). While this isn't an official announcement, games are oftentimes leaked through foreign game-rating organizations, so this looks like strong evidence that they're all coming. You can see the listings through the links below.
There's no indication of when when these games will be released or if they'll sport any improvements over the previous versions. We'll report back as we learn more.
Both Ultimate Alliance games are cooperative beat-em-ups where you control various Marvel superheroes. Fall of Cybertron, despite the stigma of being a licensed game, was actually fairly good, if arguably not as strong as its predecessor, War for Cybertron.
