Allison Road cancelled under mysterious circumstances

P.T.-inspired first-person horror game Allison Road has been cancelled.
Developer Lilith made the announcement on Twitter. "Sadly Allison Road had to be cancelled," the developer said. "Thx for all your support and very sad it came 2 this."
This cancellation is surprising as Allison Road had launched a reasonably successful Kickstarter campaign that raised £146K (towards a £250k goal) before Lilith cancelled it midway through when Worms publisher Team17 stepped in and offered a more appealing publishing deal.
