  • Watch First Trailer for Rise of the Tomb Raider's New Version

Square Enix has released a new Rise of the Tomb Raider video that ends with some footage of the content included with the 20 Year Celebration edition for PlayStation 4, as well as Xbox One and PC.
As announced previously, the 20 Year Celebration edition comes with a new Rise of the Tomb Raider chapter, Blood Ties, as well as virtual reality support for PS4. All previously released DLC, along with extra outfits, weapons, and expedition cards are also included.
The 20 Year Celebration edition also comes with a new co-op Endurance mode which sounds quite challenging.
"Two players must team up to survive the harsh elements by day, as well as lethal threats from enemies by night," reads a line from the description. "Fire takes fuel, food restores health, and every resource must be hunted, collected, or crafted. Battle to the top of the leaderboards, as others try to beat your longest survival run."
To celebrate the history of Tomb Raider, a re-envisoned version of the cold-weather outfit and the Hailstorm pistol Lara used in Tomb Raider IIIwill be available in the mode. A classic Lara card pack will let players play as various iterations of the character from over the years, including the original Lara model that started it all in 1996.

The season pass will be updated to include this content going forward. A season pass does not exist for PS4 as all the extra content is included in the new version of the game.

Meanwhile, the next Tomb Raider movie recently had its release date set. You'll be able to see Oscar-wier Alicia Vikander star as Lara Croft on March 16, 2018.
