Playing as a police chief, you have to respond to emergency calls and use the officers at your disposal to keep the crime rate down and earn yourself a nest egg. While the core experience is fun, however, there are some elements of This is the Police that are profoundly ill-judged.
As I explore in the video below, This is the Police attempts to address some serious topics but makes a hash of their depiction, making an otherwise enjoyable game into a very uncomfortable and ill-timed experience.
