After 23 years at Blizzard, we were all a little surprised to hear that Chris Metzen had actually retired.He'd helped guide the development of every major franchise at the company and thanks to his infectious enthusiasm on Blizzcon's stage each year, to many fans, he was the public face of Blizzard Entertainment.
