  • Check Out New Watch Dogs 2 PC Video; Get It Free With Select Nvidia Cards

Ubisoft's open-world hacking game Watch Dogs 2 is already out on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with the delayed PC version slated to arrive on November 29. Now, Nvidia has released a video of the PC version, featuring narration by Ubisoft senior producer Dominic Guay. He walks through some of the PC graphics features, such as Horizon-Based Ambient Occlusion+, Hybrid Frustum Traced Shadows, and Temporal Anti-Aliasing. He also talks about Watch Dogs 2's use of Nvidia's Ansel technology that allows players to snap photos in the game.
Watch Dogs 2 also has a number of PC-exclusive features such as 4K textures, multi-monitor support, a FOV slider, and an uncapped frame rate. Check out the video below.

Watch Dogs 2 is free with select GeForce GTX 1080 or 1070 graphics cards, or any machine that uses a 10-series card. Go to Nvidia's website to learn more about the promotion.
In other news about Watch Dogs 2, Ubisoft recently admitted that the game's first-day and first-week sales are lower than those of the first game. However, the company added that it expects week-two and week-three sales of the game to be "above traditional sales patterns."
"There is a trend toward games, especially high-quality games, having stronger and longer 'tails' as favorable reviews and word of mouth spread," Ubisoft said. "Watch Dogs 2 is already considered a tremendous addition to the open-world action adventure series and we're confident that millions of players are going to love it."
While the early reception to Watch Dogs 2 has indeed been strong, things have not been entirely smooth for the game. Ubisoft had to disable its seamless online multiplayer functionality prior to launch and has not yet turned it back on. Last week, it suggested it could be re-enabled over the weekend, something that didn't end up happening. Ubisoft said it will share more information today, November 22, so check back soon for more.
