    The original story is below.
The NES Classic Edition console remains sold out at retailers basically everywhere. But the system is now back in stock on Amazon...sort of. The retailer has announced that the hard-to-find console is in stock through its Prime Now service, but only in some cities.
Prime Now users in New York, Austin, Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio should be able to order a NES Classic Edition console right now.

What's especially cool about Prime Now is that it offers free, two-hour delivery, so you won't have to wait long at all to play if you're able to secure a console.
The $60 NES Classic Edition system launched in November and quickly sold out. Nintendo says retailers are getting new shipments all the time, but the system remains sold out almost everywhere.
Just this week, retailer ThinkGeek opened a lottery of sorts for people to potentially get their hands on a system. Read GameSpot's report here to learn more about how that works.
The NES Classic Edition system comes with 30 games, including some of the console's best ones such as Super Mario Bros., Donkey Kong, The Legend of Zelda, and Pac-Man.
