Assassin's Creed Gets Its Own Humble Bundle
The latest Humble Bundle is now available, and this one is focused exclusively on the Assassin's Creed series--or at least parts of it.
A total of nine games are featured in the bundle for $15. As always, you're free to pay less for a more limited selection. $1 gets you the original Assassin's Creed and the three Chronicles games (India, China, and Russia). Beating the average sale price (currently $4.19) gets you Assassin's Creed II, III, and Liberation HD, along with III's Tyranny of King Washington DLC. Paying $15 or more adds in Brotherhood and Unity.
Assassin's Creed BrotherhoodThere are some notable absences from the bundle, and not just the most recent core entry in the series, Syndicate. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, lauded for its naval elements, isn't here, nor is Revelations or Rogue. There's no indication more games will be added to the bundle later, as is sometimes the case.
Still, you do get some quality games here, and two of the games regarded as being among the series' best--Assassin's Creed II and Brotherhood--for less than $5 is a good deal in and of itself. Keep in mind a portion (or all) of your purchase can be sent to charity. In this case, The Pablove Foundation (which deals with childhood cancer) and CéKeDuBonheur (which supports young people who are hospitalized) are both being supported.
One important thing to note is you'll receive Uplay keys for PC through the bundle. It's available from now until January 17.
