  • Look at Razer's Crazy Multi-Monitor Laptop

Today at the Consumer Electronics Show, Razer announced a crazy-looking laptop that is said to be the world's first with three built-in monitors. Called Project Valerie, this is only a concept--for now at least.
The monitors are 17.3 inches big and support resolutions up to 4K. They also use Nvidia's G-sync and surround view technology. According to Razer, the laptop might be a good fit for "creative professionals" who hope to get the most "screen real estate ever assembled in a single computer."

Each display in Project Valerie mechanically slides out of the main screen and no extra cables are needed. Watch the announcement video above to learn more about how that works.
"The complexities of a traditional multi-monitor setup are a thing of the past with Project Valerie," Razer CEO Min-Liang Tan said in a statement. "Equally important, the power of a desktop computer and graphics capabilities of three top-end monitors are included in the system. There is no shortcoming in the way of performance in the face of its amazing portability and features."
The laptop itself features a Geforce GTX 1080 card. It features a CNC aluminum chassis that is 1.5 inches thick; it weights less than 12 pounds. The system comes with a "compact" AC adapter. Additionally, it sports a custom-designed fan and a vapor chamber to "maximize heat dissipation."
According to Razer, the idea for Project Valerie was to make a rig for "enthusiasts" and "power users" who like to multitask and don't want to compromise on performance.
No price or release date for Project Valerie was announced, likely because it's only a concept for now. Keep checking back with GameSpot for more from CES 2017 all week.
