  • Injustice 2 Special Editions Revealed, Here's What They Come With

It's been a big week already for fighting game Injustice 2. We saw an awesome-looking story trailer and learned that Darkseid is joining the roster. Now, the first details on the game's special editions have been revealed.
The Injustice 2 preorder page, as spotted by IGN, shows that there will be at least three versions of the game: Standard ($60), Digital Deluxe ($80), and Ultimate ($100).
The Digital Deluxe edition comes with three DLC fighters, as well as one "premier" skin that you can use to transform Supergirl into Power Girl. In this form, she has a new look, voice, and dialogue. A single gear shader pack--Defender--is also included with the Digital Deluxe version.
The Ultimate Edition, meanwhile, comes with nine DLC characters, three premier skins (one each for Supergirl, Flash, and Green Lantern), and two gear shader packs--Defender and Destroyer.
You can click through the images in the gallery above to get a closer look at the extra content that comes with Injustice 2's premium versions.
There was no mention of who the extra characters are; we also don't know if they will be available at launch or delivered later into the game's lifecycle. We'll report back with more information as it becomes available.
Injustice 2 launches on May 16 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
Some of the playable characters include Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Batman, Superman, Supergirl, Aquaman, Atrocitus, Gorilla Grodd, Blue Beetle, and Wonder Woman. The villain Darkseid isn't available for everyone, as you need to preorder to get him right away.
