Lenovo ThinkCentre E93z, E73z and M73z AIOs Pack Haswell CPUs, Discrete Graphics

Will hit the market over the next two months

The all-in-one (AIO) segment has remained steady amid all the recent turmoil in the PC market and, according to Digitimes Research, is expected to witness some solid growth this year as well. We may be done with almost three-quarters of the year, but Lenovo wants to make the most of what’s left and has announced three new AIOs: the ThinkCentre E93z, E73z and M73z.
The Chinese computer maker, which is the leading AIO vendor in the world, appears to be particularly proud of the E93z, which it claims is “one of the thinnest all-in-one PCs ever built for business.” The 48mm thick device sports a 21.5 inch infinity glass full HD display. Furthermore, those who go for the optional 10-point multi-touch display and the equally optional ThinkCentre UltraFlex Stand will be able to make “height, tilt, pivot, and recline adjustments to maximize ergonomic comfort and productivity for the best possible Windows 8 experience.”
The E93z packs up to a 4th generation Core i7 processor, a 1GB NVIDIA GeForce 720, Solid State Hybrid Drive (SSHD) storage, 7-in-1 card reader, 6 USB 3.0, 4 internal USB 2.0, SATA II, SATA III, Stereo/Mic Combo port (mic in/ headphone out), HDMI (in/out), Intel WiDi and DVD-RAMBO.
Built with business collaboration in mind, the ThinkCentre E73z and M73z are both 20-inchers with up to 4th generation Intel Core i7 processors, SSHD, 720p HD camera, and two USB 3.0 ports.
Scheduled to hit the market from early September through October, the E93z, E73z and M73z will start at $699, $599 and $599, respectively.
